Restoring Hope and Dignity
Widows often face overwhelming challenges, including social stigma, financial instability, and emotional distress. Many are left to fend for themselves, often without adequate support or resources. Sukoon Foundation’s Support for Widows is a heartfelt initiative to empower widows, provide them with essential resources, and create opportunities for them to lead independent and dignified lives.
Widows in many communities face hardships such as:
- Economic Struggles: Lack of income or inheritance leaves them vulnerable.
- Social Stigma: Exclusion from family and community life leads to isolation.
